Hello All,
My name is Umer Khayyam, and i have just joined the Ravi Motorcycle Unit as Head of Quality Assurance some 3 months back.
As far as countering the Quality problems in the bike, i would love to have feedback of all you users in terms of what things you want to improve and what problems you all face most in the bike while in use.
I myself can assure you that no feedback emails will be deleted or letters be trashed. i would really really appreciate to have detailed feedbacks from all you users in any formats.
If anyone of you want to visit us in the factory, we are also very open to that and would appreciate all kind of suggestions regarding look/performance/maintenance of the bike.

what are you listening from Umer is same what usually a new employee of the company use to say, to become very much pumping iron

but i think we should especially those living near lahore (as easy for them) visit the RAvi factory as offered by the Umer.

so umer are you ready or it was just hawai fire as i am interested to visit your factory as i like the bikes shape but i am still not confident with the realibility.

WORDS speak for themselfs althow they were not mine but now they sound like the rythem from my heart :-#

well, as far as being the pumping iron thing, This is NOT my first job in which i wud try to impress superiors and neither am i a TO-BE-SHOWMAN on internet forums impressing people.

i just joined this website yesterday, becoz i got an email from my MD, giving a reference to the article in a blog on this website. He asked me to go through the problem and see how to solve it through.. when i went through that article, i thought to check the forum for problems and thats why posted here...

i do not know about any previous feedback that you people have given, although i will definately check for the email that one of the people above have mentioned to have written 7 days back.

would definately post here how to proceed on that from now onwards..

main nay to umer khayam sab ko call b ki GTG ki but he said k main ap ko reply karta hun but not reply still i have one idea decide one day before 9am meet one place go to factory if we r waiting they dnt call us. Go their and tell we r here now listen to us. they dnt refuse to meet us if at the spot they say we c,nt meet u guys i meanz all ravi related persons in this forum r lying to all peoples.

going to start off a new design project at the factory for existing bikes.. and i am to be leading the project so had to chalk out the details of it..
i responded to the call of a person and tol him that if not thhe mentioned saturday than the next one, although i take responsibility that i didnt provide a proper feedback here or on email..
anyhow you people are welcomed the coming saturday 23rd July..
any one of you people can coordinate with me via email or text me at phone to coordinate the things..

AND KINDLY, DO GIVE MARGINS BEFORE JUDGMENTS.. i know it has already been a late feedback from Ravi-Side.. but, u might not have factory visits of any other manufacturers how hard u try..

Hello everybody.....

Sorry for not being able to post online...... Home computer crashed and using internet from work.... was off for the last two days.....

First thing first... I would like everyone to pray for SMARTDEVIL's speedy recovery, he just had a dental surgery done. He was very hopeful in joining us..... Also he will have some top members from PBC to join the visit.

As umer009 shared, Saturday the 23rd has been confirmed and the meet is at Shaukat Khanum Hospital at 10am... Any changes can be made if someone is not comfortable with the time though...... If there are no feed backs then I will email Umer Khayyam and will tell him about our expected time of arrival....
