Ravi-Piaggio Storm-125 Euro II bike

actually this weekend, I have been enlighted by extensive hit/Try for appropriate plug, cable/iGnition while boring a CG-Deluxe with a charade 250cc Piston and placed a iridium plug (talking about Han1911 Modified Deluxe) and these all things need to be in perfect harmony to perform their real out put...

han1911 decided to go further ahead and place a Platinum plug but iridium met the requirements so he didn't bothered.

If I knew plug would be asked I could have took pics of it sepreatly along with coil and wire, best would be to Use Yamaha XT250 wire or Honda CRF 250 wire, Santro or Cultus Ignition is awesome in Current among 125s and 200s (I am using Santro Coil in my 185)

7 layers of Gaskits and still the presuure is above 14~psi ... This is going to be one Evil Deluxe

Did installing iridium spark plug make any difference? did you change ingiition coil and ignition coil wire also with spark plug or only spark plug?

Not so many all parts of this bike are from china (except those which are from pakistan like rims & tires) its made my zongshen china in collaboration with piaggioi taly.

So ravi imports from china and assembels in pakistan so it is ravi piaggio

So i have read all views on this forum. I recently installed iridium spark plug . and replaced my chain cover. Boy this bike has so many parts from china installed in it.A bit of a downside. You have to spend a serious amount of cash if u want to make this bike come at par. But then again if company had installed all high grade stuff the cost would be way out of reach..

Yup that's what i was thinking that iridium plugs need more current and spark to be fully utilized to its max capacity. Any idea which heavy bikes ignition coil and wire can be used in piaggio for iridium plug?

yes you are rite Bro, I was on islamabad with Gs-150 with the speed of 60, Suddnly 125 crossed me, I also Follow him firstly catch him and then give him a long distance, then we met on next signal, He asked about my speed my speed was 105 and he surprised and told that his speed was 115 !

a.o.a brother... hope you will be doing great.... aap say ik expert opinion required hai.... main Cd100 honda 2010 model ko as a project bike ready kerna chahta hon for tours and daily use ..... main us main new engine swap kerna chahta hon atleast 150cc or water cooled lazmi ho or horizontal head ho.... tu is it a feasible project should i go for it or not ???

yep it is feasible..

a.o.a today i went to bilal ganj and only one engine was available which was automatic 125cc engine from hero honda India.
the guy was asking 13,000 for the engine.... vicky bhai can u tell me the place or shop from where I can source the engine....??

I think you went to the right shop.. itny he demand hoti hai unki... but on negotiation you might land deal some where around 10k easily.

If little scratchy engine then you can find it even more cheaper... pori kit thee ya sirf engine ?

Neat engines/power ful variants (like All AlumiumCylender Block) cost as high as 20k in 125cc category these days.

The stock "Rickshaw" varaint are just over bored CD70 engines.. I am slowly learning that they do increase your pick up in intial 0 to 80kmh but they never cross 100kmh or do it with a road long as Nevada's route55.

yes full kit was with and it includes CDI and electrifier as the engine is air cooled not liquid cooled... rest there were 150cc air cooled engine were available for 7 to 10k's but no water cooled engine in horizontal head was available ..... only verticla head rickshaw engines were available for 15k's with full kit and brand new... for 18inch alloy wheels they were demanding 15,000 Malaysian....
