Ravi-Piaggio Storm-125 Euro II bike

yaar i have get it checked 3 times...no mechanic is able o find the issue..

and my 2 friends have this bike...no one ever able to attain more than 95 km/h ..y is it so.. and meter was fine as we compared wit an old cg 125.

Please tell me some appropriate mechanic.

i was not saying that suzuki or honda cant give problem..the only point was ...japanese engines are reliable..nothing else..

about speed..its the factory speed and i went to McLeod rd today..they were at least 10 storm 125 for sale..and i was really concerned as all were 2010 models..people selling it y??

Mechanic cant do anything except making the fuel mixture rich and tappets adjustment.
Re-jetting the carburetor or changing the spark/ignition coils etc may help.

hmm anyways ..dream was to beat cg125 and that is unacheivable as i asked another owner today in office..he says u cant goto 100km/h ..

i told u not to go to the mechanic , go to some reasonable electrician, who will figure this out, 90% missing in new bike is electric problem
i went recently to muree on this bike, plus nathia gali, we were two persons with loaded luggage , and on gt road it was easily going to 100 km/h and at some patches it crossed it too

i hv both piaggio n gs150, acceleration waise gs150 is best on long rout piaggio is fast
GS top speed 110
piaggio 115

i have achieved 120km/h two times on gs150..and the fu**in meter was the limitation..every bike requires different liking skills .. i also have both bikes...both kaaaa apna apna maza hai

hahaha bhai man jao 110 km/h say upar nahi jati maximum 115km/h for GS , aur piaggio ki top speed bhi aap nay dekh lee hai as said by imran dahir and me go check ur piaggio and repair its fault:)

yaa app ko kaha to ahi ap ajao jahan merzi ..a simplr cg125 beats the hell out of it..a 125cc can never attain 130km/h..meter khrab ho to aur bata hai:P

jis kay pass chinese motrocycle ho gi wo justify to keray ga hi.per fact is fact..na pick hai na top speed..pick to khair bilqul hi nhn hai..its because of the ultra heavy weight

lolzzzzzzzzzzzzz 125 cant match the pick..i drive daily so i have idea of the pick and gs is not my first bike...i had 125 for 4 years..i m not saying its best but its best in PAK

the pick of GS 150 is less than 125, its proven i had GS before and i know it it catches 125 in 3rd gear but not in first two coz 125 is light weight,
if u have gs dont say its perfect in every department

i never said its perfect..i already said its the best available here in Pakistan where we don't get new models..at least u have a proper OHC engine...

nothing is perfect in this world especially in PK..

today i bought the genuine NGK plug for my piaggio no .D8EA (written in its book)
it went to 105 km/h in 4th gear only , i couldnt switch to fifth due to traffic
now can u imagine its speed and power?
it was going more in 4th but i kept low race due to traffic rpms were 10,500, so there were still 1000 rpm left in 4th, its speed in 4th gear is 115km/h and after that u can imagine wat 5th gear can do
