Well I think the workforce may be tight right now due to Covid & stuff.
Because of the distancing and SOP's they might not be able to churn out as much licenses.
However, it's bs that it takes 40+ days to print a License.
I'd say wait a little more, once it's printed it takes 2-4 days to be delivered at most.
If the 60-day mark is crossed, file a complaint.
