2-eha eating plastics was unique to GM vehicles only. Even the toyota pink (phoat) has it.
But if it comforts you to use a HOAT then toyota red is a non 2 eha PHOAT but has short service life. (2 years)
You can buy BASF Glysantin G48 which is a NF Si-HOAT and has no 2eha (sold at bmw and mercedes parts shops in 1.5 liter concentrate bottles) has life of 5 years.
I personally have used dexcool/caltex/havoline in thousands of cars in Pakistan and have had no problems at all. Problems start when the system is not cleaned before adding coolant (shop keepers stupidly tell that coolant cleans the engine because they saw sludge coming out of their trashcan on wheels)
So do your due diligence and prep system correctly before adding any coolant.
In my experience dexcool/havoline have the best resistance to electrolysis and keep the system shiny new for the longest.
The glysantin g5 and g48 formulas work like oldschool stuff by coating the internals with a layer of silicated salts but dont suffer the dropout problem (green glue) if left for long.
On other hand dexcool is not ok for radiators that have an air chamber on top rows (old american cars)
