You are confusing yourself, by doing this you won't be able to purchase anything plus you will waste your time. There is no end to it.
E-16 and E-17 are good too, but again for a better look, list down all the sectors in that zone, D-17 is good too, but again B-17 in that area i.e Zone 2 is the best.
Someone from here said that B-17 is 31 KM from Rawalpindi, that is true but again Margalla Avenue is under construction, wait for it, the distance from D-17 Islamabad and B-17 will be 9 KM only on a 6 lane state of the art highway.
Multi Residencia and Orchads was initially farm houses project, they launched Residential plots in May 2013 which i don't think was a good step as that place is far away from Islamabad, i personally have a farm house there, that place is good for farm house, but not good residential purposes.
You should buy a plot in G-14 and B-17.
Forget everything else,
