replied wrong ? which statement ?
mention please...
The thing is that when Allah ordered shaytan to bow after Hazrat Adam(AS), he refused to, which means shaytan disobeyed Allah and that is how shaytan committed shirk...something like that.

this is NOT called shirk .
shirk has 2 definitions.
- To have faith on Allah (swt) and besides having faith , you may associate the attributes of Allah (swt) to any other creation .( or give them priority above Allah's comand)
2 . To worship Other Gods besides Allah ( swt)
these two categories are termed as shirk .
he was not punished for his shirk , but for his disobedience and pride .
if u want to stretch things further , step back from fatwa , and pick taqwa .
then commiting pride would enter you in SHIRK . as you would regard yourself as supreme , and try to by-pass what Allah has ordered . ( like firon and namrood did)
but for the term Mushrik , we do not use this definition , it is strictly restricted to the above two .
to issue a FATWA . ( until unless a person openly makes a godly claim like firon or namrood)
i still have no idea where are you pointing at which statement , point me to it , what i said and where.
