plus , just tomorrow , one friend of mine got a gustaakh e rasool fatwa on him , things went terribally serious ...

he was just discussing about a war in his home during which Muhammad (saw) permitted the un-intentional killing of women and children who were hindering the Muslim way of conquest.

now a fight broke out in his home , mufti sahab was called upon and he issued a gustaakh e rasool fatwa on him ,
( syaing that Muhmmad ( saw) can never do it ) and plus no such battle was ever fought .

my friend mentioned the name of WAR , and MUFTI never even heard of it ,
then he came to me , i gave him all the references and then he went back , and is now challenging the mufti in this central council . to demote his position .

EVEN mufti's do not know everything. that is the point . some things u have to search yourself .

i know.. but due to lack of time between job and studies.. but when im done with them.. inshallah il find all answers myself

By this point you break a fundamental law of religion, and its effects are that the entire concept of sharia law, qayamat, adl, insaaf, rehman, raheem does not exist.

e.g.

a guy kills another person - he can plead in a court that it was Allah's will and hence I am innocent - this same person can question the authority of heaven and hell because of Allah's will for him to commit a crime.

The entirety of belief, law etc is set on fundamental and derivative laws. All actions always align with them.

let me share the incident of hazrat Ali when a person asked him the same Question .

Hazrat Ali responded ,

Lift up ONE leg , he lifts ,
then he ordered , now lift the other One ,
the person said i cant ...

to which Hazrat ali ( R.a) responded ,

the leg you have lifted is your free will ,
the leg you cannot lift is the will of Allah .

indeed there is free will , but it cannot SURPASS , the WILL of ALLAH .
