Not sure if this applies to all animals , but the donkey as an animal is mentioned specifically and also a ****.

The Prophet said, "When you hear the crowing of cocks, ask for Allah's Blessings for (their crowing indicates that) they have seen an angel. And when you hear the braying of donkeys, seek Refuge with Allah from Satan for (their braying indicates) that they have seen a satan .

Now we can can deduce that the donkey and the **** are both capable to see the other dimensional being .

Further there are various ahadith on this subject and once we bring all them out to form a stance, it indicate to the matter that the creature who is a
"Bayzuban" being may it be a toddler or an animal can witness inter dimensional beings , angels/ satans ( evin jinn) , since they cannot convey the secrets of ghaib .

So we can be pretty sure that animals can definitely see these beings .

actually this cow bone thing is related some how to the saamrii ,

well , nothing can be said for sure until we personally visit the mohatta palace , but

if you look closely to the stories posted you will find a common ground for sure .

1. every single person is reporting a begger /hawker/other creature on the road of mohatta palace which vanishes.
2. 3 out of 4 incidents have reported a vanishing woman .
3. every person according to these post who have tried to capture an image/video they were not able to .
4. 2 people who had a close encounter with that woman , experienced blood drops , one got on his shirt , the other got it on his car seats.

regarding your objection try to read again , they escaped the place and took refuge in the police station .

a lot of this stuff can definitely be interpolated like you are having doubt , but notice the common ground in all these experiences .
there is definitely some truth to it , as i have not posted all the incidents , there was a looooong list over there .

secondly , the things are supernatural , they can sense fear in you , they can sense if you are pak/napak the recognize the kalaam of Allah and backoff ( according to all available evidence) .
