Alhamdulilah, I'm a Muslim man... I used to be what you assumed I was, but Alhamdulilah, Allah has shown me the right path...

If we read Quran with translation, then i see no reason why one might wander far from faith...

And yes, I do believe in "Jins" because it's part of my faith... And there's no denying it...

But I was talking about 'mythological' creatures like "Churails" and "Evil Spirits" of the deceased... They've no place in Islam, period... It's all part of Hindu superstitious beliefs which 'immigrants' (Muhagrin) brought with themselves in Pakistan after the partition and now has become a common phenomena among our "Awam", notable people from rural area without any education...

I'm against these superstitious, backward beliefs...

Dragon is a mythological creature in Chinese Culture, and yet most Chinese believe in its existence, but we all know the truth... Same goes to Big Foot, Lochness Monster, Phoenix, Egyptian Amun-Ra, Baphomet, Greek Gods and Demi-Gods like Zeus and Loki, ancient Native American devil, The Tezkatlipoka and the likes...

Jins are real... Black magic is real... Satanic worshipers are real... They all are mentioned in either Quran or Hadith or both...

But Churails and Evil Spirits...? I respectfully disagree...! They're nothing but local folklore...

We often mistake hallucinations and mirages for supernatural phenomenas... There's a reason why travelers stuck in desert without water for long periods start to see oceans in the distance...

Now, this post is getting lengthy, but I think I ought to clear people's confusion regarding Jins...

The word "Jin" literally means "invisible"... We CAN NOT see one wandering about, unless we are possessed by another Jin which often translates into a vastly enhanced 'sixth sense' according to claims made my people who were previously possessed...

Now, I'm starting to get more technical but several physicists believe that there could be as much as 21 dimensions in the universe. And considering the fact that each 'reality' is consist of 3 dimensions, it translates into 21 / 3 = 7 Universes.

Notice something...?

According to Quran, Allah created universe in 6 days... And 2 of these days were spend in the construction of "7 universes"...

And Islam also call "Jin" the people of sky... And the universes are also refereed to as 'skies" in Quran...

Since these are parallel universes and everything is happening simultaneously, I believe that Jins are beings from another dimension and a man eye has no way to take a peek in their world beecause they practically do not exist in this universe, they are here while at the same time somewhere FAR... They, on the other hand, are advanced enough to trespass and even interfere in our world knowing that they're older specie than us and existed for far longer than humans...

I GUESS THEY ARE ALIENS, LOLz..!!!

Anyhow, so there's a scientific proof of Jins... I'm not sure, but I think Jins were created alongside Angles, and hence are much MUCH older than human race... Can anyone confirm this...?

Anyhow, there's nothing regarding Churails and Evil Spirits of the deceased... As I said, they are just cultural folklore and bed time stories to scare-off little children from causing much mischief...!!!

Besides, like I said, we attach everything with Jin's doings which is WRONG...

A distant cousin of mine had two accidents in his car... And you know what happened...? They sold the car because they thought it was cursed...!!!

And that's not faith, it's pure stupidity...! And I stand against it, so does Islam...

Islam has no place for these superstitious beliefs, period...

now here its like , what quran tells you its jinnat , the other faith tells them its a churail , same bieng different names in different faiths , jinnat ( particularly iblees and his tier 1 pack of ifreets ) were even regarded as GOD in other ancient faiths .
so all the popular variants are just a variety of jinnat thats it .

we know and understand them to be good and evil , male and female . and their mischief .
so let some idiots label them for whatever names they want to . we know its them . simple .
because we know for sure that as per quran that this being exists , so what ever unexplained we hear or see , its coming from there only .

when you would do some research about their hierarchy you would know , that there are ranks amongst them , with the top being known as Ifreet , and then there are others , which posses different powers . its just like humans , we are not all equal strength and intelligence wise , every one has their own set of pros and cons , same goes with them .

drangons and unicorns are definitely fictional characters ,
but do not forget , that jinnat do have the power to shape shift , and take any face they want to . ANY , the ancient gods , were the top tier of iblees in particular , we know this for a fact that all those ancient practises of sacrificing to the name of those "gods" aka jinnat exist even at this date today and i m a witness of it . so its all coming from the same place , the same creed .

at various instances in quran and ahadith , the jinnat have made themselves visible to the mankind .
1. he came you the brothers of hazrat Yusuf AS
2. he offers to bring the throne of queen bilqees in the darbaar of suleman AS . a jinn indeed .
3. iblees a jinn came to hazrat ibrahim AS . and we all know what happened then .
4. at the times of MUhammad ( saww) various incident with the jinnat took place , one sahaba was killed by the jinnat even . so the stories are endless . jinnat CAN appear to the human when they want to , and the evil ones are mostly found doing this mischief . its you who cannot see them , but if they want to make themselves evident to you , they can .

rest yes its superstition for selling a car believing it be cursed , its just that you are taking names and labels from a wrongful and unguided comminity , and rejecting the real truth behind it ,
do consider the probability of association of these supernatural characters with the jinnat .
we know what they are capeable of doing .

their biggest power is that they can create mass into energy and vice versa .

Now this is a true story and is still happening right now.i live in lahore and we have two houses in lahore.one is our ancestral holiday home on the canal near thokar niaz baig and the other one is in defence. Mind you that thw house on the canal near thokar is 56 years old.

We primarily live in the house on the canal as it is much bigger approx 3 canal...that house is some how haunted in its own way which is strange because it has always been lived in and never left empty. At night u hear large foor steps on the roof of the house like dham dham dham....one room on the 1 st floor is a no go area which belonged to my late father when ever u sleep in that room some one comes and wakes you up....u can hear a voice in your sleep chalo chalo uthoo abh....it variws too that like once i heard that bhai abh chala gaya hai tum bhe uthoo....this happens with all family members so no one sleeps there.

In the morning every thursday there is a sweet smell like of agarbati but better cant explain that.it cant be of any flower as we have none in the garden infront or behind the house...no large trees just plain grass...so where does that smell come from..neighbour houses r too far and it comes from 2 places the roof top and back ally....
Once a month we hear a large bang bang on the main wooden entrance door upstairs....its like some one is banging very hard like when i bang with a closed fist.....same voice...its not like the wind blowing but very concentrated at one spot...

Now coming down to the downstairs area in the house on the canal....one of the room wardrobe is haunted whatever clothes u put in the trunk some one cuts them.....theses truck are locked and when u open them in summer time the clothes r ripped clean like with scissors....

Its not like kanjaroo ka ghar hai we all are namazi and do talawat and khatam.....

Now once or twice a year we see shadows in the flood light in tbe back garden its like a person is standing infront of the light with small body and large head....

Our kitchen utensil like pots disappear and re appear after 2 to 3 weeks...kuch samaj nahi aata ke itne baare deekchee kaise gayab hootie hai aur wapis aate hai....

Now we shifted to the dha house for sometime as the things back home had heated alot phele yeh sub kuxb kabhi kabhi hoota thaa abh bohat zaida hoo raha hai...

Now 2nd week in the dha house some stuff is happening here i am losing cash from inside a safe jiska code kisi ko nahi paata....i lost my watch here which i found while unpacking a carton i packed last year....fridge se meat ke packets gayab hoo rehe hai....we have a 9 camera security system so no one can take nothing out....

I saw a dream in thouse 3 months ago a black man in green robes with a distorted face saying yeh hamari jaaga hai aap isko choor dee...

This house is full of stray cats and they start crying jab shaam hootie hai.....kuch samaj nahi aa raha....

One of my friends use to tell stories few years ago I use to get very scare but not that much now i am 21
My point is if u r a good muslim & follow all namaz & recite the last 6 surahs Of Quran regular ,remain Pak & Wuzu is also goof & recite ayat ul qursi these things can never do anything against you & most of all inse panga not changa if u follow this will never ever harm u ,also u dont need alim for any jado tor just always recite the Washroom dua Bismillahi ALLAH huma inni awuzbika minal khubsi wal khubaes please every one should recite this ,because in washroom they these creature ie shetani jins can inject u for dirty stuff & can see u naked whatever youre doing in washroom & also come after you if they like you butt if u read this simple duaa I have heard you get an invisble sheild from ALLAH swt like a invisible cloth through which they cant do any damage to you
Another wazifa recite 66 times Auzubillah himinash shai taw nira jeem you'll be protected with all the shetani things that are around us & can affect us ,affects i dont mean touch play talk to us what i mean is there is shetani things which make us do wrong ,i am not an alim or anything but I have learned these simple Duas & things from Ubqari which is a great instituition for mankind help.

Let's analyze that and put a little 'logic' in it, shall we?

How come ghosts and other supernatural beings only appear at night?

The thing is; our minds are powerful. REALLY VERY POWERFUL...

To understand that I shall give you an example:

When a person sees something not completely but partially (for example a shroud of something at night) - then the consciousness automatically “finishes off” the object’s image, according to that person’s mood and to the information from that person’s subconsciousness.

And that means if you're calm, you're likely to perceive that shroud as a person or an animal. But if you're wandering in an empty street at 3:00 AM your mind is likely alert and your heart is likely filled with fear; and it's quite possible that your mind is going to perceive that shroud as a witch or a ghost.

It's basic psychology.

And that explains why we see ghosts and witches and all that stuff ONLY at night because the 'data' received from our eyes is limited (due to darkness, duh!) and our mind has to do the tedious job of filling the gaps and make a complete picture in the subconsciousness which we can fathom and comprehend!

So, any takers?

Here you are wrong.
There time started after namaz maghrib and even in extreme cases activities can be seen in day time. Your theory only holds when person is alone and afraid from these things or stories. You can't refute there presence. ALLAH has made barrier between us and them, they will not disturb until human done something wrong.

I am living in the canal bank house since i was five and in the dha house since i was 21.....now i am 26 year old....things are there at times really intense and at times mild. Honestly abh adat hoo gaye hai....my guards also report various issues at night,one of them claims ke raat ko chaar payee aasman mein uth gaye and he fell off the chaar payee.....in the basement we have servant quarter wahan 3 different guards non related to each other reported the same thing knocking on their glass windows at 11 or 1 am...and their chaar paiyaa tilting over....

My problem isnt seeing stuff...my problem is losing cash and valuable from inside safe ....no one knows the combination to any of them....i found my watch half way around the world last year when shifting my dorm room stuff in and out of storage....that watch was taken away when i went into shower in broad day ligh and room was locked from inside....no one could come in and yet i found thay watch in uk when moving old winter clothes in and out from storage....one thing i like to mention i never recover my cash but i do recover my artefacts....

Below is my house wired like hell....we eve have cameras in the kitchens

natural issues are far beyond the reach and understanding of Science. lests not put everything in justifications of science. its just that a couple is 100% fit medically and scinece confirms it but is deprived of a child (just an example). these things do exist. Allah ka shukar i have not witnessed anything myself but yes i have heard hell terrifying stories from some very sane people in my life.

That knocking on window kind of thing happens in my house with the rooms on roof. But timings are change its exact 3AM literally exact 3AM. That time there also other activities like my cousin had seens a girl going in one of the room even there's no one there, some happens with me. But now thanks to ALLAH everything is back to normal.

That's peculiar!

Ghosts, spirits, witches etc are non-physical entities as there's no biological or even scientific proof of their existence.

Knowing that, they probably have no 'material' needs and hence they don't need cash to survive because they're merely 'psychic energies' wandering about in our world!

In most cases, supernatural beings only haunt the residents. They don't steal or misplace their stuff! The way I see it; the supernatural occurrences might be the wrongdoings of a crooked housemaid.

Happened to my neighbors. They though their house was haunted. As it turns out, it was haunted by their "massi" and not ghosts! The woman was so SO backward she even went to her "Amil Baba" for spiritual assistance and guidance! Crazy!

Do you have any CCTV footage of things moving around and about on their own? If so, post one on YouTube. That would surely interest me!

@Abid110 Alhamdulilah, I'm a Muslim. I just happen to be anti-superstitious and try to see everything from a logical perspective which, I hope, you don't mind.

I do understand your point and i was also of the same belief that its the house maid that stole the meat,money ,my watch and just recently my chain .what changed my perspective was that my watch was take from a closed room.i went into my room locked it and i keep my bathroom door open so the cold ac air can come in and it doesn't get steamy inside...the watch was on my bed with my glasses chain and wallet.so i come out it was gone....i like wtf not my watch ,i am pretty calm about it as what can i do honestly? So fast foward 2 months i was uk to complete my studies and the worst winter hit. I am a student and keep moving houses as they are on a yearly contract basis and i like to move...past two years the winter in uk wasnt that cold so i never felt the need to get those hard shell woolen jackets out ..leather se kaam chal raha thaa...so that box was packed since 2 years
I was going through the contents and there was my watch taken 3 months ago and i found it in a storage box in Birmingham.....i was like alright thank you paisee bhee wapis kar deete yaar....thats all....now waiting where my silver chain pops up its not thay expensive...bought it for 8k 4years back
