I have pasted the filter as marked in the pic. Also i had closed the fresh air inlet with the help of metal plate as it was taking too much dust and passes outside smells.

Alhamdolillah, electric work almost done. A few things remain which will happen after the denter fixes stuff.

However, there are 2 things:

The speed shown on meter is almost 15-20kmph higher than actual (tested on Google maps). Is this because of 13" tyres?

Will this also affect odometer reading?

Yes speedometer shows little difference.Which tyre profile are you using use it on this website and compare difference with 145/80R12:

I have assumed that you are running with 165/70R13 so this was the result so might be your speedometer needs re-calibration if difference of speed is coming more:

Great help. The difference is much more (about 15-20kmph), also, the needle keeps on vibrating. Electrician said meter wire might need to be replaced.

I called MS Autos and the guy agreed to install pressure switch. He said the new one would cost PKR3,000 and the kabuli one for PKR1,000. But that would be a 2 wire switch.
@Xulfiqar bhai, which one should I go for? 2 wire, 3 wire or 4 wire?

the 4 wire ones from old toyotas also will work, but make sure its an actual R134a trinary switch. The original ones in khyber were two wire ones, one near the dryer and one near the evaporator.

Were you also able to find a hot engine cut off switch? - you can find one from a cultus too.

Actually, the Multi flow condenser being used is that from a vitz, which is half an inch taller than the available Space. So I will be going to the denter to get it fixed properly. Hence AC work is halted for the moment. Meanwhile, I will start my search for the wire switch and hot engine switch tomorrow IA.

It's quite strange that even my Electrician also mentioned about the card system in Khyber. I am yet to understand what they are referring to when they say a "card" as you mentioned there was nothing as such in Khyber original.

Yar there’s a thing a lil circuitry , that's behind your dash , for ac , I guess its for tripping the AC my margalla has it too , people normally replace it with a relay , but i am not sure of its function myself.
