Update: back from Hajj Alhamdolillah. Had 1 day. Tappet cover seal was leaking so got it replaced. Also, choke mechanism adjusted. The oroginal choke knob was lost years ago so it is a bit difficult to pull the straight silver rod with the force of two fingers. But if you do, it works fine. At the first stop, if closes the moutb of carb by almost 50%. At the 2nd, the mouth is closed 100% and accelerator cable is pulled too with rpms of 1.5-2k i guess.

On my next visit to Pak, will InshAllah focus on getting all AC functions operative including climate control, vents, etc. Abhi AC works fine Alhamdolillah but blower speed is a bit low.

So far, good. But springs aren't that good. They lift the ride up as you can in the pics above. I specifically asked for petrol springs (not cng).

Also, I see the moderator has closed a lot of forums. You asked me about how my car is running. I arrived here 5 days ago and will be test driving now only... I started the car once 3 days ago and it was fine Alhamdolillah.

Brother told me that ac stopped working. Probably some electrical issue. Will check it.

Rust not as such. 2 or 3 bubbles on the rocker panel.

Also @brownrose78 , drove my car yesterday night. Alhamdolillah all well mechanically.

A few things causing trouble
1) Some electrical issue is there which cause: cluster meter lights dimming sometimes, fuel gauge showing incorrect reading despite changing the gauge from the tank, connecting the gauge directly and checking its movement (100% ok),

2) backfeed issue. Unable to diagnose still. Last chance is changing earthing cable and getting another earth from alternator.

3) tyres tou Allah ki panah. Got dunlop evasave 300+ but they are so soft that even in total 1500 km drive over the past 15 months, one of them has 4 punctures, other has 2 and so on. Need cheap recommendation but suitable for khi drives. I am planning to go for general euro tycoon.

4) ac. Lagta hai wohi backfeed issue hai ya phr compressor. Chalte chalte band hgya tha

1. Consult Mani electrician at Sagheer center for this dimming and unstable voltage issues.

2. Also related to Mani Electrician

3. Better buy new General Tyres or their Euro Tycoon

4. Chaltey Chaltey...First check electric connection, secondly check Gas quantity
