Recommendation required for Power Steering Mechanic-LHR

Dear All, AOA
I am writing to know if anyone can recommend a good power steering mechanic (hydraulic) in lahore?
I have a Civic 96 (EK). The problem is, its power steering suddenly got a bit hard 2 years ago. I have gone through everything, from pump change, to multiple oil changes, to kanghi change and what not. But the stiffness is still there. Its not that its stiff as the "non power steering" vehicle, but its not as soft as it used to be, or should be. Can someone please recommend a mechanic who understands and can diagnose? JazakAllah.

If you turn the steering right & left while car is at idle, does it gives any sound ?

Well in more than 95% of such cases, the culprit is steering rack.
You need to find one which is actually Kabuli and not repaired.
Kabuli power steering would cost around 12-15K. But I guess they give 1-2 days replacement warrantee also.

Before doing anything

Try tapping the bypass pressure release with a tiny hammer on the pump itself and see if it frees up. Also tap the steering rack spool valve (two lines attach to it), probably debris is jammed there.

If it doesnt then have it replaced and only use honda psf in it. Replace the plastic tank too if its filer is missing.

Also, for the second tap on steering rack spool valve, can you identify where is it located?

Do this with engine off

The spool is also called the steering valvebody, its where the shaft from the inside of the car connects to outside, tap the aluminum housing with the two pipes.
