Yes it works fine only downside is it semi synthetic

it can be used to 5 k KMs? any other OEM oil in 5W30 you recommend? as ill be getting it maintained from Dealership for some kms to keep the warranty intact

I also changed the tires of my Revo right after the delivery to BF goodrich Advantage. The bumpy ride has gone !

I was being offered TRD comfort suspension for 200K, changing the tires costed my 46 difference in exchange of New Dunlop that comes from factory. A must upgrade for Revo !

Yes I believe so its good for 5k kms other option is Taglon x 5w30 that would work to.
I am using mobil1 5w30 5-7k change interval.

Mines totally stock for now and have kings shocks in wish list trying to save enough $$ to upgrade

It is good people are coming out of "mota haail" mentality. Mobil 1 5W-30 or LM Synthetic 5W-30 with B1 rated oils are perfect for 1GD engine.

People do not understand that these engines are not designed for Heavy Duty truck mineral based 20W-50 or 15W-40 oils. These engines are robust. They can work or even run may be beyond 200,000 kms using 20W-50 or 15W-40 truch oils but you will never be able to get the power and efficiency which these engines are designed to deliver.

Newer Revos and Fortuners have catalytic converters as well. The old school truck type oils contain additives which are killer for the catalytic converters.

I am also using Mobil 1 0W-40 for both my vigo and fortuner with excellent results. Another unexpected advantage is that you can increase your oil change intervals too.

@ehalin bro i just got new revo.. had no idea about the engine oils.. my car is driven 6000kms.. after 5000kms i toke my car to the Toyota dealership and they put 20w-50 in my revo.. please recommend me a good engine oil for the new engine according to the Karachi weather conditions thanks

Shell helix HX7 5w30 cheap and according to book specs.

I firstly used mobil 1 5w 30 new engine oil it became short so I poured in liqui moly 5w 40 and trust me its the best motor oil for 1GD.
