Oil doesn’t effect acceleration of car this much.
0w20 or 5w30 is the recommended viscosity for aqua.
Engine works at 90-95 degree celcius which is normal. Maximum temperature on road is 55-60.

Have you changed plugs, and transmission oil?
Have you cleaned its catalytic convertor, fuel filter and throttle body before?

0w-16, 0w-20 and 5w-30 are recommended oil grades for Toyota Aqua.

For safe bet, one should choose 5w-30, API SN, Fully Synthetic engine oil from any reputed brand, ensuring that the oil is 100% genuine and original.

This is oil recommendation form owners manual Toyota Aqua.
Irrespective of ambient temperature, pls remember that Hybrid engine are not running full time. Due to repeated start and stop the oil gets drained to the sump.
Thicker oil will require more time to lubricate the critical parts like valve train etc. Thats the reason very thin oils like 0-16 & 0-20 are recommended.

Most important the oil should be Fully Synthetic API/SN 0-20.

Take note that LiquiMoly is semi synthetic.

I have informed Aqua users on every forum but still you guys want to do your own engineering. Its after extensive R&D that viscosity is determined.

0w20 is the recommended engine oil grade. Time/mileage will depend on ur usage and the oil/filter u use.
