I was out to comsats university isb recently and 98% of the cars had these hail marks. I am talking hundreds of cars
and it happened last year. In some of the cars you could feel the bonnet/trunk were repaired/repainted but nothing much could be done for the roof. Now they have a covered parking.
About the denter that st_kingpin mentioned, my brother also mentioned of someone on murree road who fixes it. I believe it must be the same. What worries me personally is repairing the roof would mean ripping apart almost the entire interior and even if you get to have those 80% fixed (visible at certain angles), you wouldn't know if they'd be able to put back everything in place. Still getting it fixed on the bonnet and trunk should be good because roof dents aren't poppingly visible when looking at the car.
