No mods at all. I plan to bring it back to what it actually was as by Atlas Honda. The few things missing in the car are:
Original front headrests have been changed to the ugly lcd ones, and previous owner has lost original ones. Have already found an original pair from Bilal Gunj
Rims have been upgraded to 16" which also i have found an oem set to put back on it
Side mirrors are standard from hardtop without indicator, retraction is there so will have to get those changed too.

congrats! a true honda fan cant live without 8th. mostly all of my family members changed their 9th to 8th. bol

A true Honda lover can never dislike 2 specific models of Civic today (third model coming soon)
First one being Dolphin, 95 Civic and next one being Reborn. Soon i bet Civic X will be added to the list.
To be precise this is my 7th Reborn. Already have a 2010. But this 2007 one is being replaced with my Run around Belta. Even after buying the 9th Gen in October 2012, I didn't sell me 8th Gen 2009 till one year ago because i wanted to keep it till i could. Just wasn't easy to let it go till I really needed to sell it.

Update:
Took delivery if the car today. And straight drove it to the workshop and just got home after handing it over for work to start immediately.
Price on which i have purchased the car is Rs.1,000,000/-

The stupid lcd headrests spoiling and ruining the first impression of interior. And why oh why did he misplace original ones.
God i hate who made these ugly after market ones and people buying them for the sake of stupid screen. The least the can do is improve shape and quality

I don't plan to get the steering leather wrapped. Will try to find a new original one instead. Will do even without the horn cover, that is pretty fine along with H logo

I guess some people might be okay with these rims. But A) they are 16, which i have slightly in mind may not be as good as 15s for a daily domestic usage school, market and errands car which will also be driven by the driver and B) I personally feel the oem rims of a Reborn look best and specially since this is an Oriel it should look like one

Bro this car is rough used. And its painted very badly from front.

The seats need to be redone in stitched artificial leather after changing original headrests. Like fabric personally, feels soft to ride but not suitable when there's a chance kids might spill something

So till now this is what the situation is. And i guess: the waiting time has just begun.

Rest I am shocked how the previous owner treated this gem. Logo ko waqai koi tameez nahi.
Anyways you might need to fully paint the car and redo the seats.
How's the car working mechanically? Engine and suspension?
