I personally have used 205/60R16 setup back in from 2006-2012 and it worked it a charm. The looks and drive were absolutely fine with this setup. Now, i suggest you either go for 205/60R16 or 215/55R16.

Very true. Rather 205/ 60 R 16 is the best for our roads and economy.

They used to look nice somewhere in the past, Once Upon A Time. Not anymore. Nothing beats the Oem 16 Rim on Reborn and the Oem 17 CL9 rims.

Thanks man! Actually we bought this silver one brand new back in 2007. Then again got a reborn in 2011 in white which we currently have. Just last year my father got the 9th generation oriel so we were left with three cars whereas we only need two in the house. So eventually had to sell one of the reborns so naturally sold the older one of the two reborns. I hope its clear now​

Ideal tyre size with 16 would be
205/55-16 (0.4% smaller dia) or
205/60-16 (1.3% bigger dia) or
215/55-16 or (1.2% bigger dia)

On highways and flat roads it will get better, though steering will feel slightly tiny bit heavier. Suspension depends on your usage. If you have to use it in too many potholes/khaddas heavy cat eyes and rough surfaces that will be a drawback. If you have to use it on clean roads not much problems. Occasional roughness can be tolerated with slow speeds. Fuel average may be slightly compromised. If at all you really want to do it, try going for original oem rims that come in Honda's imported models. And most importantly the tyre will also make a lot of difference. A harder tyre on this bigger rim will be harmful but if you go for softer tyres specifically something like Yokohama Advan DB, then it's not much of a problem.

Here is mine with 205/55R16 Yokohama Advan DBs. These rims (Lenso) were already installed when I bought it, I just changed the tires from Nankang to Yokohama (size was always the same). Compared to other Reborns with stock tires, which I have sat in, I would say these tires are as quiet as they get, although in my opinion they are a bit harder than the stock 195/65R15 - on rough roads, potholes and cat eyes certainly. As far as high speed driving in concerned, in my opinion if you go with rims that have a greater offset than stock (i.e. farther apart from the center of the car) the 'center' of the steering seems less stronger and there is greater urge on the steering to pull side-to-side, especially on road undulations.

just bought 2011 reborn vti oriel it comes with genuine fitting 6 CD Changer which is not working properly when i push the CD button busy sign starts blinking on players screen.. also FM is not working any solution?

I don't think these are expensive to replace. You should be able to find one in good condition for 5-10k as many people who went for Navigation DVD panels got rid of them.

Yup, I did consider it, but didn't want to increase the overall diameter as compared to stock 195/65R15. By the way, great job with the Reborn project - the attention to detail is commendable as well as the fact that you've tried to stick to stock wherever possible.
