if your car is overall in mint condition/bumper to bumper genuine then you can get a good price in isb too.

For the past many decades it has been banned. No vehicle registered in one province, can get re-registered in another province.Well when you bought the vehicle in Sindh, you paid less (if not brand new) than what a Islamabad registered sells for... so I am afraid that you will have to sell it less than Islamabad or Punjab registered car.
