Repaint of City rear bumper

Hello guys
Need your opinion about this damage, car was parked when this happened, there is little bulge also. I went to Honda body shop, the guy there quoted 9500 for repaint and 17000 for new bumper but he also recommends not to do anything as it is not a major problem but as it is a new car only 8k driven so I want it to be clean also I change cars often so don't want to heart its resale by any of my action. Experts advice needed. Thanks

First of all, extremely sorry for the loss! I know; it hurts! and hurts really bad (Have been in such a tragedy last year, so I know how it feels?)

You may visit Aurengzeb CNG Station, National market / ALLAH wali market, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. On the CNG station, there is a paint shop. You can take your car there. The paint guy will fully see it and suggest the best possible solution, in reasonable price, and least affect on resale.

I personally think, good quality Qalm can do fine, but, I won't suggest to replace the whole bumper. Even if you replace it, you will have to get it fully painted to match the exact color of your ride. Cost will greatly increase.

Half of the marks will go away....use petrol on cloth.
rest of the marks will be done by painter " Qalam Touching".....they use drawing paint brush and use the matching color. not expensive maybe 200 - 500 max.
