3UZ-FE is an expensive setup, either go for 1UZ-FE (non VVTi/VVTi) whatever suits you
The 3rd gen is around 280-290HP and the power is more than enough for a daily driven/weekend car. These engines require alterations, especially with the wiring. I'm already playing with a 1UZ-FE 3rd Gen these days, the other option that you might want to consider would be a 1UR. There's a guy selling the complete setup for around 7 lacs

Ur is complicated, good to go for newer gen etb can setups not recommended for old gen swaps.
