It's time to work on the AC now. Otherwise, these summers will kill me.
As per the AC guy, it is a stock Denso compressor for the 7afe engine.

He was also referring to it as 15 number compressor.

Before installing the compressor, the AC guy performed a leak test on it. Here is a desi machine for checking the compressor leaks.

Condenser was fine, so we only replaced its drier filter bottle. Also replaced all the pipes from evaporator > condenser > compressor > evaporator.

The pressure is being filled into the AC system to identify leaks.
After charging the refrigerant, the low side pressure is around 30 - 32psi, which is good.
Cooling is good on idle as well.

Mechanically, the car is done. Now its time for interior.

-JDM Maroon dashboard along with uncut wiring.
-AC evaporator, heater coil & blower fan box replaced with JDM.
-JDM Touch button wala AC panel.
-JDM front & rear seats.
-Maroon JDM door cards.
-Retractable mirrors.

I have Indus 2.od love it and before this I have used 4a-fe in Indus and 4e-fe in 84 corolla but very bad experience like rpm was not stable,very bad fuel consumption.
But I think this was due to bad wiring

Yeah, I know you are in the 'diesel' WhatsApp group. Alhamdulillah, my car is idling perfectly fine.
Yes, it all depends upon wiring & sensors. Mechanics here know nothing more than how to start an engine by hotwiring the ECU. We have to get our hands dirty if we want things to work as they should.
Alhamdulillah, I am getting 14 to 15 kmpl on long.

I was actually looking at the bay. That's enough for me.
That's good you relocate the driving mount rather then welding a Plate.
Why 2inch? Stock is 2.5inch i think.

The next day, I took my car for a test drive on M2 from Peshawar till Malakand & got a check engine light at speeds above 80 kmph.
The error codes came out to be
21=Oxygen sensor
42=Speed sensor
Otherwise, no issues.
Reached back to Peshawar, replaced the oxygen sensor & code 21 vanished.
Then, I asked the electrician for the speed sensor signal code. He connected the speed sensor signal wire to the 'SPD' pin in the ECU. Hence problem solved.
No error codes till now. ALHAMDULILLAH!

Brother, I was not that much aware of this downpipe thing. A friend told me that 2" is enough for 7afe.

At the moment, the car is with denting & painting shop. It will take 4 to 5 days for this body & paintwork.
After that, we only need to replace complete suspension & alloys + tires.
