It fits easy.
On stock fenders archers 185 will not hit. Even if you drop the car but 195 does. I rolled my ae80's fenders. So don't have rubbing issue even with 205. And you know how much my car is dropped.
Here's my friends starlet, got 185/60R15
there's no rubbing issue.

For how much you got complete doors and interior etc. In 14 use 185/65/14 if 15 then use 195/55/15

Gear box is attached with engine when u bought it or they arrange it.Actually i want to know that it is c51 aur c52?

The transmission was already attached to the engine with M/T ECU. So, I am unable to tell you about its model number.
The market was full of 7afe A/T. But, I was looking for one with the original manual tranny, ECU & wiring.
That is why it took me three days to find my desired engine.

In 5th gear at 100kmph, rpm remains around 2500. While at 80 kmph, it usually remains around 1900 to 2000.

Are you sure c51 came witb 7afe?
It came with 5afe and 1nzfe with different final drives depending upon car.
C52 and C59 came with 7afe

C50 C51 C52 all are bolt on 7AFE. C52 is better for 7AFE. C50 works good on 5AFE.
