its is not possible to drop the van by using GT rolla suspension??? , and it needs a proper exhaust pipe,, at least 1.75 inche

This van does not have any springs at the front but the torsion bar (or whatever it is called) do have an option of height adjustment. For rear wheels, we have to reduce the Leaf spring but do u seriously think we need to lower it and put in a big exhaust

Its a pushrod 1.5 engine pulling tihs monster along on CNG

I might need the monograms from Lahore BIlal Gunj, for which me and my cousin are planning a visit to lahore in the van (Somewhere in DEcember 2006) we will dig those side stickers as well if they are appropriate or not?

we paid 22,500 for landi renzo kit and 50 Cylinder. As its a carby engine so no electic gadgets are needed.

Its good to hear that the CNG kit prices are back to their normal rates. They shoot to 45-50k in previous days even the carb ones were above 35k with 50 litre cyl.
whats the engine in your liteace now?

engine is a 1.5 from a Townace with 4 speed transmission. Engine code is 5K

On saturday we comnpleted a very vital part of the project. Protective mats are now applied at all placxes where they should be. I called the person at home and he worked on the car wholeheartedly without any distraction or temptation to work on any other car

Cutting proper sizes of the sheets. (These sheets are not charcoal but are made from crude oil residue to form a protective compound. They do help prolong life of the floors and welded places.

These sheets are heated after cutting appropriate sizes. This helps in making it stick to the floor. AFterwards some powder is applied on it make it hard and to find out any air bubble which is an unwanted thing in it.

The end result is plain amazing check this floor. The whole look of it is schanged. Now it will go for paint again on these inner parts.

Nice work done to prevent floors from rust. What was the total expenditure for this work?? secondly if your body is rusted, down the floors then what is the solution??
I think you should also change the number plate.........you have restored your whole vehicle...# plate is just a small kharcha.

total expenditure of this job was 3600 rupees. number plates and other finishing touches are next once major jobs of interior etc. are complete. i an badly stuck with job work and the van is neglected badly. feel bad selling it is not an option at all. its way too memorable and valuable for us than the money it will bring.
