can any one tell me the way how to clean the petrol tankey????
it has rust in it and is welded from botom is there any way to clean or any soultion etc?

you need the lower cylinder cooling tins for your engine, they are absolutely must if you want any sort of reliability from this engine, If you cannot find them Im pretty sure a PW can lend you a set to be replicated by a good blacksmith/craftsman.

One way as mutually suggested by the experts...

There are many chemicals that can help removing rust from the tank, you can use WD40 (1/2 Litre) OR Kerosene Oil (1-2 Litres) and put some chains, old nuts and bolts in the tank and shake it well. Then drain out the solution and make sure you take out nuts/bolts properly. Rinse the tank so that no rust partical remains inside. Hopefully it will eliminate most of the rust if the tank is not in a bad bad state from inside. If not satisfied, repeat the process till the WD-40 or Kerosene Oil comes out clear.

on 29-04-2012 me and my few friends had a plan to have some fun and a rememberable ride on our beetles and test them to what limit they can surve us and what they can do .
so we decided to pull them in ravi to have fum and to test them
with the GOD blessing they both perfomed markable
