Good news the max speed 60 is in miles not km/

100km/h is not bad for 42 year old car

ok now the updates

all the paint was scrapped off last week.
becoz the fender was heavily rusted arshad decided to make a new one for me using genuine beetle metal
he made the back half and after completing it will make the front half of the fender.under the hood there was alot of rust so i got the rust repaired and the necessary parts replaced.car nose is also being taken care off new pieaces of metal were welded but grinding jas to be done in order to make them look good and not noticeable .
floor pan job and the chassis job was completed hence i got red oxide painted over the chassis and the floor pan.
and car is still standing outside in rain will ask arshad today to take it under the sheltered area , there is no paint over the body it has stared to attract rust.

man looking good is the chassis bolted on or just there temporarily? his done a nice job on the floor which we were worried about atleast the toughest job is done rest is all repairs n drinds i guess. wat abt the door?

the door is still a big problem .Work on door will be started after the rusted parts are repaired/re welded
and chassis is not fitted
was currently looking for front seats genuine are not available so am open for suggestion might go for mini bucket seats that is if i find em

beetle seats can not be used since they are too small for this car
