Its good that you have taken out the engine. Sbse pehley give the car and engine room a complete wash. then inspect areas which needs to be welded and mended.....
remove unnecessary things like extra wires, clips. correct the brake linings and if required do an undercoat.
As for the color choice is concerned, A bog no for candy orange. i would suggest to complete the car on oem specs because its a four door model and not a two door.
Any tone of paint will only look good if the bodywork is done properly and base is prepared. Your car original shade is metallic blue and i bet it will look awesome with silver rims or steel grey matt colored rims.
A stock interior with clean dashboard will automatically gives a clean look.
visit shershah for the centre console parts and dashboard meters, hand rests and other small interior bits if they are missing.
Once your car is painted, you can drop the car little and put some meaty tyres with some hollow rims.
You want some meters to be added in your dashboard, see the below pic where the guy has added 3 after market meters. the same can be installed in your at the same place.
