Guessing, you are referring to this one,

I tried hard, was getting two but both were in useless condition / can not be repaired properly. In the very end I was very lucky to get this one and its in very good condition.

Fantastic! I owned a G11 for 8 years and it was an absolute joy. Great road grip and comfort. Had the original ac setup working with climate control.

very nicely done all things...........excellent. Where and when did u find the hub caps, as I went plaza to the guy which I mentioned for hub cups but he was nnot there due to police checkup on encroachments....... carpeting was done nicely...can u let me know the estimate and the guy contact so I can get it done for my car.

as for ac (terious kid) compressor......I have heard that it will not cool ur car when ur car is idling and u have to give little accelerator to make compressor work when car is in standing position....please check may be I have heard wrong

Related hub cups:
I have been able to find one in Lahore who has arranged hub cups for me. These are new local made, snaps below. Little worried about the plastic quality and looking for how to make them long life.

Related Carpet:
That same guy, cushion maker (contact number 0322-2040225 Abid) arranged this for me. He showed me 3 samples, 1 was the normal one which we use in house, cost around 1800 for my car. The other two (jet black and the one I showed) were made for cars, thin, soft and you can actually press it by your thumb and fingers. Cost me 3500.

According to him Toyota Pakistan is using these carpets in its Corolla. Nevertheless the carpet is too good is easily fitted to the car floor giving very clean car figure.

I have cut pieces which I will be able to capture for you by evening hopefully.

As per my experience that was the best part for me. When we switched on the compressor (load on engine), the engine rpm were remain in the comfortable zone (we never altered the rpm). And cooling was good enough keeping in mind that car is on idle and it was a hot afternoon 3 - 4pm. We were in the car and when we switched off we immediately felt the temperature.

The rims are already painted Silver.

Are these rim rings available nowadays, I never give them a thought before your this comment... can increase the overall look. Appreciated.

the word "charade" written on the door cards looks a bit tacky as its the wrong font and placed strangely too. I would also like to know for what reason you applied plastic sheeting on the finished side. It makes it look really cheap.

Did you stick a plastic barrier on the door to prevent water condensing on the back of these door cards?

You had all perfect materials for the job, the way to do it is to clean the door latch and apply some wax based lubricant in there to make it smooth, then clean the door internals cavity and spray cavity wax in there to make it water resistant, take some plastic sheet (you applied it to the finished side) and stick it on the door metal frame. Use a large piece of the thin foam you used to make the upper finisher panel and stick it to the back of the door card or on the plastic sheet - this foam would act like a somewhat sound insulator. Leave the finished side exposed for good aesthetics.
