This 1970 VW Beetle is more than just a car—it’s a cherished part of my family’s story. Originally owned by my late grandfather, it became legendary in our family when my uncle drove it all the way from Germany to Pakistan 50 years ago. It was also the car in which I learned to drive, making it even more special to me. Sadly, it was sold when I was a teenager, but I never stopped thinking about it. After searching for over 20 years, I finally found it earlier this year on PakWheels. Now, as I restore it to its former glory, I’m bringing back not just a vehicle, but a priceless piece of my past.
