First of all, Id like to thank our team members who worked day and night on such a short notice and saw a HUGE budget cut at the last time, but Still worked everything out and made the event a Sucess.
I Specially Want to thank Punk (Haseeb), Abir_GTi (Abir), Addo (Adnan), Sohaib Aryan, Wahaj_cheetaykabacha (Wahaj), Rozzzz (Mehroz Niazi), Adeel Shah, Taimoor Siddiqui, Anjum Minhaas, Hassan Chaudhary, Yaseen_f02, Abdullah, Ghayur, Zohaib Khan, Talha Yaseen, Saad bin Viqar, Ahtasham, Bilal Alvi, Talha Mujahid, Waleed Anwar (HOST), Talib Osmani and all other members of our team.
There were alot of problems and luck was playing games with us. At the starting time, the wiring (800m of wire) got burnt due to a short from the Generator. And was not replacable as finding and budgeting 800m's of wire on a Sunday is not easy. For those who think we were lying about the Laser Timing system can send me an email and I can send them a video of me testing the device.
There were a few fights but they are always fights at every event in Pindi and Islamabad. However, the show got LIVE from K2 and got Recorded for STYLE with SOPHIE program at ATV. Proper Emergency services were present and the show would have gone upto 12PM had there been no fights ! We had to close it down as the Participants were less into racing and more into fighting.
INSHALLAH, our next event would be a MEGA HIT and I thank Pakwheels, ESCORTS INTERNATIONAL, K2 TV & ATV for all their cooperation in making this event a HIT. Thanks.
