400 units till October, hummmmmmmmmmmm, the production volume is too low, they should have done faster production increase. When the car was launched they were saying that production capacity is 5000 unit per annum which can be inceased to 15,000 units but after another one and half year they are yet to touch 5000 unit capacity in October this year.

abasia sir, saying is always easy but doing is tough, eventhough they said they will do 500 or 1500 or 5000 but problems usualy comes after the project is physically started.

Rocketman, u r right in this regard and this is the thing that Adam Motors must be learning by now, they were expecting a turnover of 100 million dollars by 2007 and One billion dollars in next three year, with a production capacity of 5000 units in 2007 they will reach around 30 million dollars turnover.

Last night I was going through changing channels on cable and I saw Tariq Aziz show, contest on a car was going on and amazingly it was a white REVO. It was giving a nice look, shows like this can introduce the car to masses, but again low production rate is bottleneck. I wish they could have achieved the production rate of 400 unit/month by August/September.

I would like to tell all of you that in near future there will be changes in the Revo.Adam Motor was under stress due to some financial Reason,

One Dubai Based investor had invested in the company which made it financially Stronger and they will able to do many more thing in future

All the Probles about slow assembly line and other problems will b sorted out in near future

and Inshallah this company will Become one of the top selling brand in Pakistan and abroad as well.

If you people ask my personal opinion, I think Government is negligent on incubating the vital industries. I think government should setup some venture funds at 0 pc mark up rate and even on loss basis for upbringing these kind of companies. I know we need large amount of money to nurture but this amount is not too big for Government, whereas Adam Motors may find it hard at this stage to take loans at 12-15 pc from market and fund its research and development work where volumes are too low at this stage and you need money for expansion of plant tools, dies and moulds. But frankly speaking I dont see any efforts as a nation in this segment. I dont appreciate these Textile tycoons who are earning billion in dollars in bucks and have not setup any venture fund. I will propose that these mulit millionaire should come up with a venture fund of around 100 million dollars for the projects in technology field. This is not too big amount for a nation who spends billion of dollars in forex to purchase luxury items.

Abbasia bhai you were correct if we were a fully developed country. Its very easy to think that way. I am handicapped so it would be very nice for me if all Pakistanies can give me re 1/ each, I will have 15 corror rupees and re 1 is easy for everyone to pay. Just like that government is already running on loans, its preety impossible for a government to support private industries.
I saw a red revo, its a very very preety car from outside :S

I have a question that is May the engine and transmission coming from china be relaible...Pakistani awam has bad impression of china that the things of china is all "2 number maal" I m also in doubt thats why how can I spent 3 lacs which is a great risk.

China Maal is Number 2 for Number 2 purchasers, but if the purchasers are Number 1, then the Maal is also Number 1.
It is confirmed by the fact that China products have dominated are all over world and in American and Europeon countries they supply No. 1 maal which is good and reliable.
If you want to judge their better products, the example is "Haire". The Haire is a good electronics brand from china and they are comparative / competitive to korean products.

I agree Chinese made products are everywhere now. It's just incredible. China now produces some quality items too.

But China's reputation is also getting tarnished by many cheap and inferior products that flood the market today. These products are DIRT CHEAP but their quality is not great either.

But apart from these there are many items especially Electronics which are produced in China and are of good quality. But Chinese automobiles still donot have a great reputation for quality, especially their bikes.

ohhh my God, what are you trying to say, mehran and many other small cars dont have rear seatbelts, noone complained about that. MY tip is " when kids are in back, dont drive like hogs ".
Red colour I think is the best . With matching bumpers in 105, I am sure it will look stunning. Everyone have their own choice.
Speaking of its engine, so far I have not hered of any complaints. Chinese engines are very good.

wow red, thats a little loud? i want to be a little discrete,and also are all interier beige? whos idea was that?i need some help in choosing colour,anybody seen revo at showroom?which is the nicest colour. this will be my last decision before i order one.
i have been in contact with lahore revo aand all cars are made as standard, and no personal adjustments can be done,help?

I saw silver, blue and golden colour Revo. I think the Silver one was good.
I saw the golden one at night so can't really comment about it, but it was good.
The Adam Motors is also offering a unique Copper Burst colour which is very good (have'nt seen this colour in actual but one of my friend who saw the colour says it was looking very good in that colour)
My personal choice would be:
1) Silver metallic
2) Golden beige
Do'nt go for white or red as those are non metallic and Revo looks really good in metallic colours.

My personal liking is that the beige interior looks much better than the grey one as it produces a sense of spaciousness and also it make the car unique in its class.

hi they dsight revo 1050cc very nice but they did one thing not nice mean the karachi roads r not smooth.so in car need jumpers but in revo back wheels have (kamani) not a jumpers kamani like mehran so we cannot drive fast and enjoy the car driving.this thing i don't liked in revo.they should put jumpers in front and back wheels like cultus.so we can drive easily.
