in which intially told about his early dayz when he use to work in Car grage with his father along with he continue Studies and took Adamission IN NED and did hi graduation from there then he went to SAUDI ARABIA , ENGLAND and USA

IN 2001 he Started ADAM MOTORS

In his Interview he said that already 450 carz had been delivered to the customers and they have some serious inquries from BANGLADESH,South AFRICA and other third world countries

Also stated that at the moment they are working on revo and in its quality may be after 1.5 year they export this wonderfull car

By importing cars we are giving our people a chance to get the cars of their choices. Some of us like Japanese and European cars. But i can understand why a automaker would be against such policies, after all, imported cars pose a serious challenge.

This is a first attempt at making a REAL car, by Pakistan. and Keeping that in Mind, this is a job done well. Even if it was New Car Making Company in USA, you would expect to see some shortcommings, some quality issues, some design problems to crop up. Even big automakers, like GM, and Ford, when they introduce a new car in the market, it always has quality issues, engine problems, etc. and not many Americans buy the first model of the newly released car. case in point, Ford Focus, when it first came out, it had many serious issues, even though Ford has been making cars in USA for 100 Years now, and still Ford Focus, and Chevy's cavallier, and many others had serious design problems.

But this car is All of Pakistan's first ever Indiginousely designed and built car, utilizing all the local parts, except the powertrain so, keeping the experience of any other country in mind, even USA has problems with newly released cars, and REVO has done a marvelous job, and has FAR FAR FAR too little issues, compared to USA's Ford Focus, when it was released around 2001 and USA is one of the WORLD's most advanced countries, and the only country to have put a man on the MOON. If American's can face problems with newly launched cars, what do you expect from Adam Motors, which just started everything just 5 years ago, by just assembling Chinese Trucks in Pakistan.

REVO is a miracle, if you keep everything in its right perspective, and see, how difficult it was for Adam Motors to come up with this car.

Small children here are just saying what they want to, and thinking they know how to make design cars, better than Adam Motors.. These little children have not seen the world yet.

Analysis

To best of my Knowledge there are 600 vendor in Karachi Alone which is suppose to be the hub of Automakers
Only Honda Atlas Plant is in Punjab where as Almost all the mojor car manufacturers are with Sindh

And Our tractor Industries is in Punjab so this 600 Vendor produced parts for Car/Motor Cycle / Some truck

there are around 7 Car OEMs
and 28 In motor CYcle Segment
where in Trucks there around 4 OEMs

so if we add all of them around 25000 people must be working all these OEMs alone

If we consider that each Vendor give employment to 100 people then in Karachi alone we have 60000 people working in all these vendors
this is my Analysis where as some source say that more than 2 lac people are directly employed in Auto sector
so one can imagine the effect of auto sector in our economy and socail development

I have nothing against the Revo. I feel proud that Pakistan has made something that actually is made in Pakistan.

But when someone says that Alto Coure Santro etc etc are stupid ugly and crap cars, he is actually saying that the person who preferred alto over revo is a nut case! Stop doing that.

Definately Agree with you Asif Bhai,

Automobile industry functions as backbone of all the industries. By being sufficient in making 100% automonile, you not only provide direct and good paying jobs to millions of people, you are also helping generate an industrial culture.

For instance, the AC/Referigerator Makers benefit, by supplying local made AC units for cars to these local companies, and they get a huge capital influx, which they can use to further improve their products for the general consumers. They also expand their operations with time, and employ local people in factories, and also as dealers.

The Electronic makers, provide Radios, CD players, and other electronic components to Car Makers in great quantities and also benefit and use that income to improve their products for the general consumers, and also expand with time and provide more employment opportunities to others in the country.

Same is true of Tire makers, Seat Makers, Light makers, and so on...

The whole country benefits, by supporting local auto makers. This is what made America, Japan, Europe Rich, and samething is now happening in CHINA AND INDIA....

So, why not in Pakistan.. Its all happening already......

and Insha-Allah, things will get better with time. We need more LOCAL AUTO MAKERS like Adam Motors, to make all 100% Local Pakistani Made cars to generate Millions of employment opportunities with good pay structures......

Feroze Khan is 100% correct in saying that by Importing we are Exporting Salaries, Jobs...... And why not, you pay those Japanese and Koreans, whenever you buy a Corolla, an Alto, A Honda or any Japanese or Korean made product, even if you buy a local assembled car, which only has 20 or 30% local parts like in case of Corolla or Civic, you are paying 70% to 80% of salaries of the Japanese workers....

Look Corolla and Civic are Japanese cars...........we cant stop buying those bcuz.................they r the most reliable companys.......Revo is not Famous all over the world !.......and they dont make Luxury cars like Civic and all !

The more the cars are made with LOCAL components.. upto 100% local, even if it is FOREIGN BRAND, but Made entirely in Pakistan, the more it will benefit every one.

Look at India, they make all the cars that are in Pakistan, be santro, be it Corolla, be it Civic,..... But what they are doing RIGHT in India is that they are making all of them with 100% Local Indian Parts... and keeping the Indian Money in India, and making INDIA rich day by day...

Nothing wrong with Foreign Brand.. Provided you buy Local made cars..

BUT the local assemblers also have to realize that they SHOULD BE AT THIS POINT MAKING ALL THOSE CARS WITH 100% local components.. including the engines..
