Great trip and great effort.
I went there in 1st May 2012 and it was also raining there as well.
You are right road was slippery and dangerous at few places because of mud.

But that also part of adventure.
I will go there again Insha-Allah in clear season to explore more.

We are planing a trip to Neelum with family, we are thinking of booking a hi-ace from ISB, in this regards wanted to ask from those who recently visited the valley can the Hiace go upto Kel ?

And also are there any army rest houses in the valley as I came to know that there are very few public rest houses in the valley. Any information provided will be appreciated

i have seen trucks, jeeps and bikes on my way to Kel... but didn't see any Hiace From Keran to Kel...

From Sharda to Kel, Road is not good. Hiace jani to chahiye.... bt i m not 100% sure...
