Ride to Heavenly North 13JUNE-18JUNE, 2018

Asalamualaikum Brothers

I am planning a bike ride on Eid June 2018. I will be leaving on Wednesday June 13 at 9PM and will travel for 5 days till Monday 18th June InshaALLAH.

Route is not decided yet but I have some suggestions in mind
1. RWP-MZD-KHUNJERAB
2- RWP-MZD-CHIKAR-SUDHAN GALLI-GANGA CHOTI
3- RWP-MZD-NEELUMVALLEY
4- RWP-KUMRAT VALLEY
5- RWP-NOORI TOP-RWP

I will be camping throughout the trip. I have GS150 and planning to travel solo.Though if anyone wana join me he is more than welcome.

Bro i am intrested in this trip but i want to leave on Eid night. i am from lahore 03214795515

Brother I wish I could change the plan and leave on Eid but I cant avail leaves from office beside Eid Holidays. Also, on Eid places will be over crowded and traffic jams will ruin the plan and thus the moods so leaving on 13th is only suitable option.

So here is basic plan
1- 13th June,Leave RWP at 9PM
2- 14th June, Sehri at Muzaffarabad and leave at 4am for Naran via Balakot. Reach Naran at 8am and setup camp and sleep till Zuhar 1PM. After that either leave for Jhalkhand or stay the same place for night
3-15th June, Leave for Gilgit after Sehri at 4AM and reach Gilgit at 12PM with regular Photographic breaks and stop overs. Rest till 2PM and leave for Karimabad for night stay.
4- 16th June (Eid Day), Leave for Khunjerab early at 4AM and back till 12PM, Explore Karimabad and Night stay.
5-17th June , Leave for Kaghan at 4am, Explore Naran on way, Arrival around 5PM, Camp for night stay.
6- 18th June , Explore Meadows of Kaghan Valley till 1PM and leave for RWP after lunch.

Stay hydrated and beware of heat strokes as temperatures will rise to nearly 50 Degrees in the coming days; so be safe!

Although I personally think a long ride like that would be more suitable in October - November thanks to mild temperatures, ideal humidity and clear skies.

Thank You Sir for your concerns, will keep that in mind. Yes you are right but actually I am running from heat strokes and 50 degrees to 10 degrees as I am travelling to north. Oct-Nov? you must be kidding , june-august are best time frame to explore these areas via this route.
