Rinnai Gas or Hybrid (Gas+Electric) Heaters

Sorry, I don't remember the exact year. I actually asked him the question why one is priced higher and the other is lower. He justified this by telling the year of make. To me, there is a difference of shape and wear/tear. All of them have thermostat and perform equally well.

The cheapest one was 3500, oldest model (I think 2004). My bro got this last year. It is still working without any problem.

Next one (2008 I guess) was 4500, it is a little bit prettier and they even look good on top of bed side table, see the brownish one. I got 3 of them this year.

Just experiment with one in this season, if you feel they are better, you can replace in next season.

If you have fireplace at your house in Islamabad / Pindi / Peshawer revive it, clean the exhaust chimney and cover it properly for smoke exhaust & winter showers. start to stack wood that is exactly whats' happening at my place in Islamabad

Get a 60 watt.it s good and it s like adopter... I ll post its pic soon.. it s very good quality

true brother but since a heater has to work for 6 hours and the written watts of 200 were 150 when i checked on a multimeter. so it is better to avoid complication.

Can anyone share info or experience as I got osaka gas 2.4 kw heater two day earlier.. it smells like that of gas and when I look at back where filter grill is.. I can see flames of burning fire... is it normal or does it need repair

Return it asap. It does not work like that. No flames should be visible.

Thanks. . I thought of same as there should be no flame... my other heater 3.4 kw of paloma japan is doing well and there is absolutely no need of any warm stuff when it is on

Not from Lahore, got from Islamabad, price varies with model, capacity and condition. Got two heaters of 2.4 kw @5500 each, model is 2008, 2009 , looks like not abused, extermly satisfied.

Well i agree 2000 watt is to much
I observed that if i run it continue it consume 1 unit per hour
For all night 12 units
Today i will run it on 1300 watts and will ck the consumption....
