After snacks and jumps, we proceeded to take the round of fort from upper story besides pillars..

As you can see we did not throw the trash in fort premises. Instead we took it with us in a shopping bag. Everyone should do this so that our national assets look clean and beautiful.

We continued to cross the debris of the fort. We were having really good mood, joking and talking we were going on.. nothing much to share except the pictures for this part..

At one point, it got a little treacherous getting down as there were no stairs. The stairs were washed up during years of negligence. We soon spotted this haveli (outhouse type of thing) on the eastern side. It was on higher ground with many stairs going towards it. We immediately decided to visit it and moved towards it..

We reached this haveli which looked like a haunted house but it provided excellent views. At one side was the beautiful mosque just in front of Derawar Fort, one side lies the rain water pond and the other side provided the views of desert village house and village life.

This haveli was a real relaxing place. On the edge of the haveli, there was a terrace and thats where cool breeze was blowing and we stopped there for half hour enjoying the weather, eating oranges and having light chit chat.. It was wonderful moments which right now make me happy while I am re-writing that scene on Pakwheels..

After getting refreshed at this cool breeze haveli, we decided to leave the fort.. while coming out, me and mansoor briefly visited this section of the fort containing many rooms with broken roofs and gates because we missed it earlier due to camel safari. I don't know why these rooms would be used but they looked like a jail to me.

After we got out of fort, we visited the beautiful mosque of Derawar. It is a beautifully built mosque MashaALLAH.

Young kids were taking Quran lessons in the mosque. It was a very nice sight to watch children taking classes. It reminded me of my childhood as I also had Nazra Quran from local mosque and the seating arrangement was very same as in the below pics

After spending about 2 hours and 30 minutes at the fort and the mosque, we decided to start the return journey..

As we started the return journey, we were very relaxed. We soon decided to stop at some sand dunes in order to enjoy the sandy desert. Soon we spotted one and slammed the brakes and ran towards the dune..

Me and Danish ( @mdani ) decided to go on top of the sand dune. The sand got into our shoes but we really enjoyed the experience.

Then me and Danish ( @mdani ) had a little race who would reach down first. I had DSLR in my hand.. Mansoor bhai challenged us and started to make following video. In the end we both fell while running down..

After coming down from sand dune, we took some road sitting shots which is also in the opening post of this thread and then we moved finally. It was Mansoor bhai on the wheels since long time

After having fun on the middle of the road, we moved ahead. Soon the desert part was over and wheat fields and mustard fields started... soon we stopped at a healthy mustard field and took some shots.. A couple of guys said.. "Yaar pooch to lo pehle koi mana na karay".. I said, "Idhar koi mana nahi karay ga balkay sab khush hotay hain aisay dekh kar".

Local people passing on bikes and cycles were slowing for a few seconds and then were going.. I am sure, they must be saying... "Shehri babu gaon dekhne aaye hain, koi khet mai ghusa hua hai, to koi kajol shahrukh ka scene re-enact kar raha hai sarso ke khait main"..

Just in front of the sarsoo ka khait, was a wheat field (kanak). Wheat was still small.. so took a few minutes to visit it also.

After khait yatra, we finally moved and by 3:30 PM we were back on National Highway.. cruising towards Rahim Yar Khan or Sadiqabad which would be our tonight's stay point..

Our target was to reach as far as we could by darkness falls. We were a little hungry so ate samosas from a bakery but they weren't really good. There was nothing much to share except for an accident we saw in between and number of sugar cane trollies near RYK Sugar Mills.

We crossed RYK in evening so we decided to take a night stay in Sadiqabad which was the last city before bad road in Sindh..

Around 5:30 PM, the sun had set and we were little behind Sadiqabad.. We reached Sadiqabad at around 7 PM and took the road which goes inside the city. We first stopped at a guest house named "Damam Guest House" on City-Highway link road but their rates were on a higher side.. they themselves recommended us to visit their hotel named "Damam Hotel" near Railway station which has lower rates.

So we moved towards Sadiqabad Railway station with the help of mobile GPS. GPS was perfect but it couldn't tell us that which road is blocked due to shaadi So we took an alternate route again with help of GPS and got to station road. Surprisingly there were not many hotels near the railway station. We first saw Damam Hotel, it was a decent hotel but again we thought to first look at a cheaper option. Went till station, saw a couple hotels but they were totally stinky and were not in condition to stay. So we returned to Damam Hotel and got the room.

I think this hotel guy was obsessed with Saudi city Damam because his slogan was.. "Bilkul damam jesa mahol" lol

After settling for a bit, our hunger came over us and we decided to eat some fast food today as no one was willing to eat karhai.. So we left the hotel in search of fast food..
