Can anyone advise what is the safe visibility distance in meters on Highways/Motorway. While checking the NHA page, visibility range is mentioned e.g. 100 meters or 100-200 meters etc.

I meant to say what is the practical scenario for lets say a visibility of 100 meters? Can we drive in it?

Generally motorway is kept open till 10 PM that too is mostly applicable for patches upto Pindi Bhattian and ahead of that it's mostly open except for exceptional days when fog is too much. Once you cross Makdoom interchange before that time then you are safe and will find moderate fog till Bhera and mostly it's clear ahead of that again on exceptional days you expect fog around chakwal as well.

and roughly when does fog start to bulid up and dissipate
The reason I am asking because on my way back expected time of arrival at Bhera is around 4pm - InshaAllah

At Bhera on normal days fog comes after 10 PM but if you wish to travel through central Punjab after 8 PM specially after Pindi Bhattian towards Lahore or Faisalabad then don't do that because it will it increasingly foggy around that time. Fog starts clearing up around 9:30 to 10:00 AM.

Nathiagali temperatures are sub-zero to -7. What will happen to the car parked outside the hotel for a night. Is it safe for the waterbody, engine oil etc?
I already have coolant in the radiator but that has not been changed since 1 and a half year. Do I need to do anything

if your radiator has a mix of water and coolant/anti freeze then chances are that the water will freeze. Better to drain it and replace with recommended just coolant/antifreeze before you leave on your trip. DONT ADD WATER.

That is insane! Do you wish to destroy his car? Never advise someone without prior sound knowledge. Pure thick coolant will cause his car engine to heat up and seize.

Pure ethylene glycol is a poor conductor of heat. We use it to lower the freezing point of pure water and because of its anti corrosive properties. Infact, water is the best heat conductor. Even in sub-zero temperatures, a 50/50 coolant/water mix would suffice, it has a freezing point of upto -37C so your nathiagali temps are child's play. Even if you constantly live in sub-zero temperatures, it is best never to go beyond the 65/35 ratio.
