The fort seems to be in good condition, although some recent repair work is noticeable, specially around the main gate entrance area. Even some ancient Egyptian structures had some repair work. Its all good. 2300 year old and still going strong. There are many Forts all over Pakistan, constructed many centuries ago.
This network of various forts thru out Pakistan, also tells us about our history, how our ancestors lived and defended their areas of influence with all the might the technology of that time allowed. This trait still continues in Pakistani nation in general. Being the only 7th declared Atomic Power in the World (Alhumdulilah). We know how to defend our homeland against all odds, by the Grace of Almighty Allah.
