We arrived after 9 pm and it was pitch darkness...al we could hear was the sound of Kunhar river. Room rent is Rs. 6000 and probably negotiable... but we stayed overnight courtesy of my friend Naeem, our fellow traveller. Just the right place to break your journey before reaching Naran. Pine Park Khanian is an amazing place!
In NG we stayed at the old NWFP Raees Khana, just below the bazaar. The access is from the main bazaar. The person at he counter was asking for Rs. 4500 per night but we settled for Rs. 3000. The location is perfect but could be better maintained.
With kids from 5 to 16 (both families) it was difficult to be so adventurous...so we just settled for Lake Saiful Muluuk!

We were finally on N5 again...getting out of Multancity was a nighmare. Development work in full swing going on and there were no roads or directions as such. Took us a good hour to hit the highway. We had decided to have breakfast at a trucking dhaba outside Multan but by the time we got out we were famished!
