thanks @nomi381, most of the time we stayed in Army and Navy's guest rooms and paid to them because of my friend's references. Anybody can book and pay the fixed rates if you have anyone who can refer your details to management like CNIC, car registration and number of guests etc.
About fuel costs, I was writing everything on a small diary. Like what was the meter reading, what time we reached where so that i can later on use it for the blog but when I cam back from trip my 4 yr old son ripped the written pages because he wanna used the diary for his play 
but i am still trying to give as much as info as i can during the way.
Total budget which includes initial shopping, stay, food and traveling was 75k-80k this doesn't include the car/rent cost because it was owned by Naveed.
Weather is mostly hot in these areas since we travelled in Dec-Jan so it was fine for us. Even if you travel Oct-Nov or Feb-Mar you will have wonderfull weather.
