Why you not opted for Infinity reference 1260w or 1250w....??
Strong and Natural sounding Sq sub...will surely in your budget too....!

Else,Rockford Fosgate Punch series 12" also do the job....Ask maddy bhai regarding this...

Sourcing a new RF punch will be a bit difficult. I haven't heard 1250/ 1260. I want the sub to really pound when i want and be a sq normally.

cv Vmaxx are pretty good sql subs. infinity can go loud as well. or u can get a jl sub from abroad, sthg like a 12w6 or 13w7

I have mixed taste. Pure SPL at home, at the movement partial sq in car, pursuing SQL now. I need 2 more months to completely shift to SQ, alot of surprises to come.
BTW MTX i have mentioned is almost twice the price of CV and CompVr.
