Royal Shield car paint protection, any opinions?

you r the main source of insperation for every one going for Royal Shield, We have seen the result as every 1 is hasithen to xperiment things on car but some do. So we have xmple and i followed ur foot prints

@Ocean thanks. It is not only shine, but the protection to the pain is amazing. Even bird droppings would not leave a mark, plus cleaning is very easy after royalshield. Believe me I clean my car with a wet cloth after driving it dirtying it in rain. Is is possible with a car which is not coated with royalshield.

@pixelzeesh. One of my friend got it on white Corolla, though no visible difference, but he says that his car gets less dirtier in rain and easy to clean

here is an expression of experience from a Royal Shield customer. It is of NO use. Period. I spent 5500 Rs last summers in July and got the car in my display pic Royal Shield coated. I am a bit too finicky about my blackies shine and i do a lot to maintain it. In the search of ultra shine, i went on gambling on RS, but unfortunately I feel I wasted my Money.

All the claims that you dont need to polish your car for 3 years, no bird **** marks, cleaning with wet cloth, no water marks etc etc. all are nothing but marketing gimics, hence CRAP.

Instead I feel that they rubbed the body of my paint for cleaning and perhaps that orignal shine has diminished and doesnot show up untill I polish it. and for that i Use Mother's polishes.

So guys, get a life, and chill out. better to do a contract with your nearest service station wala guy !

well .. i also get my car done in 2006 ... my car is still shiny and really easy to wash and clean ...
i feel this product very good .. no idea may be now they degraded their work/quaility

Sorry to hear about your bad experience, but pix in post number 194 do not lie. This thread was not made in a day and for a six year 9 months old black car that is a pretty good wet shiny look without regular waxing and polishing. I am ready to give you a demo of cleaning the rain-wet-dirty ride with just a wet rag.

its all bakwas ! , dont waste ur money , right now there are 2 or 3 different parties claiming to be Royal Shield Team , anyways they charge Rs.8000 or 7500 approx. and the result is not what u expect , Ive got it done and wasted my money , its better to get ur waxed by ur driver or service station rather than them , rest is ur own choice.
