Just a little advice for everyone fasting this year. Please avoid eating fast digesting food at sehri such as white bread, white rice, potatoes and cereals as they digest faster and make you hungry within few hours. You guys must avoid cereals at any cost, they are full of sugar and give you temporary energy and make you hungry after a while, thats why its a good breakfast source (for people who will be eating something in few hours again). Anyways, so avoid all that food at sehri. Now, Iftar, eat something thats not slow digesting. Eat white rice or roti or white bread, or potatoes, or whatever, as long as you can pack in atleast 2-3 meals after iftari. It will give you lots of energy and you will wake up with full of energy.
Casein protein is a very good protein source before going to bed and at sehri. its a slow digesting protein source that takes hours to break. You NEED THAT!
TIP:
Take shower with cold water, I dont want to get into details but it has something to do with men's testicles. You will feel active and fresh the whole day.
Also, do proper stretching everyday, and avoid heavy lifting.
