he is right on his part actually, he is not thinking to take the pain to enhance the poser of stator enough to coupe with requirement [Battery Charging + Head Lamp].
But we can have a better work around...
Sazgar or i should say CG200 engine always have a 5 wire Rectifier (atleast in all famous cases i.e. meezan, sazgar, stahlco,... bla bla bla)
It has two Jacks on is a 3 Wire( mostly yellow in color and connects to the 3 wire comming from stator pole which poles ? thats what a Electrician can tell by testing each pole by grounding it to see if its a hot pole or the return pole) and other is a two wire (mostly red+green or blue +green where blue or Red Wire is a positive battery terminal) and it connects to +ve and earth of bike.
If its already spitting out this good current and still your battery gets drained, if the bike is not idling properly that might be due to setting of point which needs attention it should Idle properly...
And I would recomend to switch to a LED Type Front beam which are quite common these days have very Good light almost comparable to HID but very low voltage and dont drain batter at all...
this is kind of a hit and try when you are testing differnt options ... I am not sure about your stators health... ager wo theek hai tu then it should create more current.
in worst case I must say, CD200 stator has more Coils in it and produces way more amps the 185 stator, if you land a deal in some where around 2~3k only for a complete assembly then it can be a good Idea ...
