Rpm issue in cultus after tuning (efi)

Yes I cleaned it, after gas kit installation.
And tuning.
Facing this issue .
How iac valve will be lube ?

i went to liaqatabad used accesories market,
he said censor cost rs: 3500/- me install karke dunga agar chalgaya tau aap rakhlena agar nahe sehe hua iossue tau return kardena ap.?

race sensor 3500/- japani , jabke plaza pe call krke pocha tau 1800/- japani sensor.

IAC valve ki baat kr rhe hain aap? Yar iskay sahi honay ka aap ko foran pata nahi chale ga, you have to see the car's behaviour during some KMs of drive, with and without ac, idling in all conditions...ask him to give you atleast 1 full day's warranty ..btw, 3500 is expensive. Me ne apni liana me 600 ka dalwaya tha and its over a year now working fine

dear all , yesterday went to suzuki authorized workshop ( 3s or 5 s dealer)
he said expected two problem.
throttle body sides cutting or tuning.
he tuned cultus , then service throttle body
the problem were
1- one O ring was missing from sensor.
2-butterfly valve sides damage ( ghiz gai hen which through air)
3-cng fuses were not working he replaced.
4- air cleaner body ka rubber dmage tha he replaced.

80-90 % issue resolved
he suggest to repair throttle body's butterfly valve (coz new one is 20,000-25000 pkr)

highly thankful to all.

shall i go for repair throttle body or buy a used one ?
becoz one mechanic who refer me to suzuki dealer he said dont repair throttle it wont works.

throttle body butterfly can be made. I know a kharad wala in lahore who can make brand new butterfly for cultus throttle. Charges almost 700-800 rupees. But since you are in karachi so can't help. Buy used throttle body from scrapyard without sensors. Will cost you 2000-2500 rupees.

This is tps (throttle postion sensor) in most cases tps needs just calibration even if you change it you would have to calibrate it upto spec

On cng and ac its consuming more water from radiator
What will be expected problem???
New radiator
New pipes iron and rubber
Throttle pipes replaced.
Then pls share your experience
What issue will be ?
After 40-70 km around 2 glass of water Will required in radiator.

DEar All,
I have issue in cultus RPM after tuning of cng and patrol , they are not set RPM goes down 200-1000 when stoped on signal.

Nahe garam tau routine ke horahe he
25 % without ac.
45 % with ac .

Yes now car is not turning off after driving
And rpm are much better on cng too.
With and without ac

But little shivering on ac , and on while accelerating .
But nor off.
