its just a crash, car is on a turning, may it was making a quick turn and had a head on colison.
about those spots i think they are either stiker or spots left by huge bird may b an ostrich .. hehe

I think these r stickers, although I am not a expert, but in my opinion no bullets can leave a mark of same size and shape or even same color on glass and metal sheet. In glass it looks real as glass is cracked in round in same sizes, but it is also the same in cars body. I feel bullet on metal leave just a hole not a white circle.

HI.. Hassan here...This car was involved in an accident with a WHITE TOYOTA SURF 2004 model... saw the cars in the morning at about 11am... the surf is standing on the left side of the road.. turning towards left from this intersection..... it had some political stickers on it... see if someone can get the SURFS pics...
