Defence Gardens is a bit more valuable than the phase 2 ext area, mainly because of guarded Parking system and a peaceful locality with a considerable population of hindus and shops mostly owned by sindhis.

Which is out of his budget
Agar 120 gaz house Suggest karna hai toh Ghulistan E Johaur has some awesome societies over there

yes Malir cantt is the best and safest area but why discuss here again n again when out of reach.

I think he can go for flats on shaheed e millat road area too (bahadurabad,KBW road,Naheed ).. current prices ka idea nh udher ka..magar I think k mil jaega itne mai.

I live in Malir Cantt and he can find an apartment in Malir Cantt, but that will be in Cantt Bazar Area and certainly not in Askari V. It will be better if you will try to find it directly instead of going through the brokers / estate agents. In the given price range, he can easily find an apartment around UBL / Cantt Broast or in main Cantt Bazar Area.
