Security Guard Jobs in UAE
Let me guide those Pakistanis who want to do a security job in UAE. Sometimes, Agent orally hired for one state but on the offer letter states/writes another state. So, keep your eyes open before signing the offer letter. Security jobs are same in all over the UAE but only in Dubai, less salary is paid. there is a difference of 1000 dh (Rs.28000) & its a big difference indeed.

Please remember, only in Dubai.......security companies pay1800 dh for 12 hrs. (Rs 50,000) per month. Companies provide shared accommodation too.
Security Guard Job in other states like Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Ras ul Khaima, Sharjah etc.
In these states, security guard is paid 2700 dh/Rs 75000 for 12 hr. So, its much better to go to these states rather in Dubai. As, I mentioned that duty is same. So, when time & duty is same then why, someone choose to go to Dubai to earn 1000 Dh less? It doesn't make sense.
The difference in salary exists because each state has its own rules. There is a one company like G4S. It pays its security guard 1800 dh per dubai law in Dubai & same company pays 2700 dh to security guard in other states of UAE as per their laws.
So, offer letter is important. Read it carefully before signing it. Remember, no matter what agent tells you orally. It doesn't keep any worth. Company is bound to pay your rights only what it is stated in the Offer letter.
P.S Those Pakistani men who would like to go to Dubai or UAE to search the security jobs themselves then don't do that blunder. Thanks to Indians, & Pakistanis........now, owners are quite cunning. They don't do hiring there. They do hiring through agents in Pakistan, India & Nepal. Why? because they sell each job. Rates ranges between Rs 3,00,000 lac to Rs 4,00,000 lac. In this way, companies & agents both earn a money from poor candidates. This is a reason, security companies don't do hiring in UAE because they can't ask money from the candidates/applicants there. So, these are also one form of Mafias actually.
