1) Thanks for your praise and it's definitely boost the confidence of the member to share more information related to the journey. When I was going to the Iran first time then I try to collect the information but in vain. I didn't able to get any solid information from Lahore. So, my this sharing on this forum has a purpose to give use full tips to those who like to visit this country.
2) On every Gool chaker (Round about) .....there is a Statue of some famous personality or statue related tp the art work or related to the some incident. I asked this question from one professor and he said " These statues put a psychological effects on the mind of the our kids. Since childhood, not only they able to know about the information related to the famous iranian men but also, it motivates them to follow that path of serving Iranian Nation. These statues don't let them to forget about their history and Heros".
This is a reason, You shall lot of statues in the every city and under each statue....brief history is written down.
3) Not only Statues but Iranian pay attention to keep remember their martyrs too. On every important place, there are the snaps of the Martyrs. Like, I was in the Sports stadium in the Shiraz. out side of the stadium, there were portraits of players. I asked " Who these are". Answer was "These are our martyrs who were sportsmen too and to pay tribute to their sacrifices ....we keep them alive in our daily life and when our kids look at these heroes then they get motivation to be like them". You know what? I saw houses too and owner of those houses painted the snaps of martyrs belong to that area/street.
I am sharing some snaps and it will allow you to understand my point.
a)Look at the first snap below. I was passing by the streets in the Valenjik, Tehran and I stop there to look at the wall of one house because owner pasted the snaps of martyrs. I took the snap.
b) second snap is in Shiraz out side of the Sports stadium. You can see the snaps of the martyrs in the background
c)Third snap was taken in Shiraz near one busy road and in the back ground, you can see the martyrs.
d)Fourth snap was taken at Lari Adda (Bus terminal) of the Isfahan.
LESSON: Never ever forget your Martyrs and keep them remember in your daily life.
