Road condition is worst from Paras to Naran. If you are going for the first time ........ dont use your own car. All the market and hotels are closed for winter except one or two. You may only find "Bhindi" or "Allo" for breakfast and lunch :P:P so beware... Same for Shogran....... Road is under construction ........ its very hard to drive from Kiwai to shogran.

This pic shows that water levels are dropped at Lake... And its looks there is no water outgoing of the lake to Naran...

It also tells that incoming of water is also decreased...

Please tell more about this...

You are 100% right. There is very little amount of outgoing and incoming water in these days due to freezing cold at lake.
